We are proud to introduce Khun Udom Phethong, our resident chef at Samui Best View Resort. He has developed his skills at the islands most exclusive restaurants and has worked with a number of overseas chefs.

The well-balanced menu comprises a blend of exquisite traditional Thai, southern Thai specialties and International Western cuisine, which can be enjoyed in the fine dining restaurant which is elegantly decorated or you can opt for a table around the pool, seating in the sala or in the garden. All places have spectacular views especially at sunset when the when the bright lights of Chaweng begin to glow.

We take care of all your dining needs so you can delight in a choice of breakfast options, served to order, and for lunch choose from a wide selection of Thai specialties, light salads or various sandwiches and snacks throughout the day. Our resort is perfect for a chilled glass of wine over a business lunch with customers, a relaxing dine with friends, or a romantic meal with your partner. Or you can simply enjoy sipping on a fine wine or cocktail watching the pleasant evening sunset.

Our catering team are on hand from 7am until 9pm.

  • Thod Kra Tiem Prig Tai (Choice of stir fried chicken, pork or beef with garlic and pepper)
  • Phad Thai Fried Noodles (Thai style with chicken, pork, prawns or vegetables)

Western:

  • Fish and Chips (Deep fried fish with french fries served with tartare sauce)
